Return rules
You can return or exchange defective goods within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods and get back the money paid for the goods. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless a defect in the manufacturer is detected. Shipping costs are not refundable to the buyer. If you were entitled to free shipping, when returning quality goods, shipping costs will be deducted from the amount paid by applying standard shipping costs.

In case of return of the goods, the money paid for the goods is returned within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned goods after assessing whether the received goods are not damaged.
When exchanging a product, a new product is sent only when the returned product returns to us.
Considering the rights of consumers to goods purchased online. High-quality, custom-made goods are not subject to a 14-day return period. Because the size and color of the selected model of clothing and accessories were matched individually, the seller may not be able to satisfy the consumer’s claim for a refund. Exchange of goods for another seller is also not obliged.
IMPORTANT! When returning or exchanging the product, you must comply with the following conditions:
- the goods must be in good order and the appearance of the packaging must not have changed substantially;
- the goods have not been used – soiled and / or damaged, worn, washed, with foreign stains and (or) odors and (or) otherwise damaged;
- the original label has not been removed from the product;
- the goods must be packed in the appropriate packaging of the consignment to protect the goods from damage during transportation while traveling with us.
